Distribution of Profits
Dividend policy
Distributing earnings to shareholders is one of the highest priorities of TamaHome. Our policy is to distribute earnings on a consistent basis to shareholders in a manner that reflects results of operations in each fiscal year.The policy for dividends is to make one payment each year following the end of the fiscal year. The Articles of Incorporation also provide for the payment of an interim dividend with a record date of November 30 based on a resolution approved by the Board of Directors.
